25. Nxd5+!! is devastating.
If Black captures the Knight, the King is too exposed to survive very long (e.g. 25... exd5 26. Qxd5 Rh8 27. Bxc5 Qa6 28. Bd6+ Kb6 29. c4)
If Black does not capture the Knight, White gets a minor piece advantage and a much better position (e.g. 25...Kb8 26.Ne7 Qa4 27.b3 Qxa3+ 28.Bb2 Qa6)
